What is taking this judge so long to decide?

He has already decided but he is too much of a coward to put the gun to her head so he will let her starve to death. Let his name be blotted out.

Every one worked through the night last night to get this done in time to save Terri - and this judge is stalling an entire day. I am so sick and tired of these judges playing god.
