How does Terri respond when someone asks her to blink or squeeze a hand to indicate her reply to a question? Isn't this the method used with patients who can't talk?

In her case it doesn't apply because she can talk.

Judge should be denied food and water while he reviews the case. That ought to focus his mind........

Clintonistas have two gears: in-Dem-favor, not-in-Dem-Favor.

The first is greezed lighting and the second is glacial.

I heard on Rush that the Fed judge appointed to this case is a Clinton appointment. I don't know if this is cause for concern; but I am nervous as well. She has gone three days without food.

From what I have been reading, the hearing convened at 3:08 and the judge gave each side 1/2 hour to present their case. This is driving me bonkers!

The only thing i can think of that would be good is that he's letting her lawyers talk a lot.

As it does indeed. That's what fasting is all about.

Judge is hoping she dies while he takes his time, imo. Just as Barney Frank hoped when he drew out the House vote.

I heard one of her lawyers interviewed on Dennis Prager's radio program this morning. The lawyer complained that a ruling was expected this morning, but the case was assigned to a "slow judge" who is taking his sweet time. News that the judge is also a Clinton appointee now gives me cause for worry.

It's definitely a cause for concern and I am despondent. Pray!

Im usually way right on the issues but in this case i think they should pull the plug. I mean that is no way to live. If she was a dog she'd be long dead by now.
