First I would assume comes the emergency order to have the feeding tube re-inserted, as failure to do so will cause undisputably irreparable harm to one of the parties in the case.

The bill provides for essentially a completely new case because it provides for the presentation of the evidence all over and does not allow for the state court case to interfere or even be considered in relationship to the new case.
