My brain is turning to mush right now and I'm sorry to sound so dense but what is the sentate doing that they need the 1 vote for. I read the post earlier and what Randall Terry said but have forgotten.

Are they trying to paass a bill that would save Terri and what would the bill do?

YES. I gave up on that bunch, but they evidently are almost there, passing a law for Terri
