With Greer named as a defendant in the federal civil rights violation, wouldn't that mean he CANNOT RULE ANYMORE in this case?
To: FL_engineer
I don't see how Greer can rule since it would be a flagrant conflict of interest.

Greer is out of this now as far as Terri's case goes (but now he is another case that Terri is bringing against him)
To: FL_engineer
IIRC, The law passed calls of the Federal Court to review if Terri's rights were violated by Judge Greer.
If the Federal Court (Whittmore) decides that Terri's rights were violated, Whittmore will vacate all evidence/orders/rulings by Greer and begin all brand new hearings.

The news announced that the federal judge is a Bill Clinton appointee. The judge told David Gibbs early this morning that he could "rule in minutes or rule in hours." This judge be very difficult
