It was pulled for 9 days when she had brain damage, and she said she was screaming out inside for someone to give her water. She said it was absolutely awful to not be able to communicate to feed me and give me water.
They also showed the woman who came out of the coma last week. 18 years, and yes she was all curled up, and yes her speech was limited to where she couldn't initiate a question, but she had her memory back according to her parents.
