Folks keep forgetting this judge is a Clinton appointee. He didn't get a prestigious judicial appointment because he was a compassionate conservative.

My guess is he'll rule against Terri's tube being re-inserted based on the separation of powers mantra. This way, he maintains both a liberal and conservative stance.

Then he can drop this hot potato into the laps of the Atlanta judges so they have to deal with it.

Then he'll slip off his black robe and head for his favorite steak house in Clearwater.

I agree. It's just sad that we can see it happening but can't move him to act faster.
