Continuation of Terri Schiavo daily March threads. Due to overwhelming participation we reached over 5000 posts in three days time!
I am going to snooze for about two hours....see you guys when I get up, I set the alarm....
I recall that Jeb signed the legislation some time in the afternoon, but I don't remember when. I do remember that she didn't her feeding tube reinserted until about 9pm that night. I think it was 4 or 5 hours. Her total was about 6 and 1/2 days without food or fluids.

Is dept of justice involved in the hearing today? to defend the law that Congress passed last night?
Our children's hampster got loose in the house. Somehow it got into our attic, and then down behind a wall. Our WHOLE family took on the project to save our poor hamster. We finally broke a large hole into our kitchen wall,( yes, of course I felt bad about that but......) we finally rescued ,after two days, our hampster!! The emotion was draining, but we were so GLAD to be able to put him in his home and feed him again.
I am NOT putting Terri's beautiful life down on the level of a meger hampster, but all that to say, we FIGHT for LIFE, and work together!!

Lord, we are impatient for an answer to the specific prayer about Terri's feeding tube. I know you hear us. Forgive me for my impatience but I know you understand.
Lord, we ask you to continue to be Terri's strength and nourishment.
Lord, please, let ALL truth finally come out. You are awesome and may You be glorified in all of this.
The DCF did do an investigation (2002-03?) which Frank Nagatani had sealed. Mitch Turner and David Kirkland are two people who could shed some light on what those investigations turned up. pc93 has been in touch with them. We know there has been a cover-up of what was discovered.

That's true. All they need to do first is get an IV running fluids through her. Hardly invasive but definitely the first step.
Yes, call...although the Governor is giving the pat answer that "everything within the law...." etc. I'm disappointed by Bush Brother. Yet grateful for his intervention last time...we wouldn't be having THIS go-round if Jeb hadn't intervened then.
Our Lord has evidently chosen her, for whatever reason, to share His Passion. Whatever happens, He will take care of her.
The waiting & helplessness are EXCRUCIATING. But know that He is in control even at this 11th hour. (13th hour?)
I don't pretend to understand why she has to go through this, but my faith is unshaken in Him. My faith in many HUMANS, & the judicial system, is down the toilet.
Please relay the fever story.
Yesterday I heard she had an infection & fever.
Was that true? I'm guessing they didn't give her antibiotics, so what happened. Thanks
