The whole State of Florida Judiciary reminds me of Hitler.
Interesting and apparent relevant to how this Judge deals with matters under his review....DO NOTHING.

Did you read my post? Her parents and sister have been visiting her. There is no way she is already dead and we wouldn't know about it. What is wrong with you?
Don't start fretting about the length of time...remember, this Judge may be looking up case law etc and believe me even with the internet services available for this, it is time consuming. His opinion may need some additional support to rule in her favor, so give it time.

The tube must be restored to her while this man reads and dithers. Or else she is coming to harm while her case is considered, and that is wrong and against legal precedent.
I heard that the Department of Justice has filed an "interest" or something with the Federal judge as well.

I don't believe that for a second. This judge is waiting for Terri to die! He will dare the Congress to impeach him.
Ok, I just read on blogsforterri that Terri will be getting her nutrician restored and is already on her way to getting fed again. I think there is no breaking nes yet on the MSM, but that means that the Federal court has likely responded to Terri and we just havne't heard about it yet. I hope so!

Yes i heard that to! Also, the Attorney General's office has been asked to get involved.
I believe once Terri's feeding tube is restored there will be a blast of all sorts of filings and this is not going to go away! I think we are getting closer to having justice for Terri!
With the Bush administration formally entering the case by the Department of Justice filing court papers in US District Court in support of the efforts to save Terri, that sets the stage for federal marshals to take her into protective custody if the freaking judge doesn't act. NOW'S THE TIME!!!!!!!! I've been covering courts for a long time---you sign the order first and then look at the case---particularly if there's a life at stake. It's way past time for the judiciary in this country to be told they are not omnipotent---the JUDICIAL TYRANNY must end!!
