Continuation of Terri Schiavo daily March threads. Due to overwhelming participation we reached over 5000 posts in three days time!

I've had a letter on my FR page for about 2 months now, all folks have to do is copy and paste, they can email to all their friends asking them to do the same.
No one is doing it.
The petition to impeach has become a posting ground for trolls, I can't get a response from the petition site, it's clearly the same person.
Evidently they can't stand it that someone is trying to get their main man Greer off the bench.
Read ruoflaw and nicmarlo's posts about this. What people who may know each other do is a far piece from a complete, impassioned outsider calling a judge about a case. It is most inappropriate. Senators, congresscritters, governors ?? -- have at 'em!
Good old Doc Hammesfahr is down there, too.
At risk of sounding like a nut, some of these Florida players have links to national and international euthanasia efforts and euthanasia is just part of it. The money, power & control comes from their alliances.
As I mentioned to someone else a while ago, Felos called dem senator names to fight 'Terri's Bill' in his tirade on television...Friday, I think. Not one dem senator was present. They didn't even have to go on record with a 'NO' vote.
In that case it's really incomprehensible that Gov. Bush has not taken Terri into protective custody. If they are all named as defendants, she should be removed from their reach completely, especially when it is obvious and public that they are putting her to death. If there has been any "irregularity" (can hardly believe I'm putting this into words)---which the federal court is asked to determine---that has an end result of death, it behooves the Governor to protect her from any further violation of her rights, and from any further consequences of the previous wrongs.

Gordon W Watts seems to know all about Impeaching a Judge, which I understand him to say is through the Legislature. Does anyone know why he hasn't been around? I guess I should check before asking that.
Maybe later I'll get his links out which explain IMPEACHMENT by the Florida stats. Gordon said the online petitions aren't the way to go.

I read some of your posts and appreciate your insights so much. The media is turning this thing totally around, isn't it. The truth is that the judiciary has become tyrannical and out-of-control - and the other two branches are not doing enough to reign the judges in.
The 3 branches are not balanced as they should be because the judiciary is making laws out of judge's opinions based upon foreign law or politically correct dogma.
This means the people have NO VOICE! The judiciary is interfering with the Constitution and the people's voice.

I agree 100% and it is scary
A grass-roots on the ground effort may be what is most needed. Because of Terri, most especially this past weekend, it has brought perhaps exposed it even moreso to those in the area. And we can pray that more of the truth gets out and people become outraged.

2. How can the hospice keep Terri in such an isolated/sensory deprived enviroment without state licensing agencies becoming involved?
The orders were Schiavos. George Felos was on hospice board of directors until it was made known publicly and he then left Woodside. It's also illegal for a person not terminally ill to be there. AND they have to be terminal in 6 mos. Terri's been there 5 years.
3. I heard Judge Greer is blind, hence the reason he has not come to see Terri.
Judge Greer is legally blind. We don't know why he never went to see Terri.
4. What behind the scene involvement does Judge Greer and the husband's attorney have with the hospice or corp of the hospice? Follow the money! These are some of the answers I wish to find out.

One of the things that have become clearer and clearer is the need for judicial restraint, that is for sure...when judges can demand the death of innocent handicapped people, we are in trouble.
