Judge Won't Order Feeding Tube Reinsertion
ASSOCIATED PRESS
TAMPA, Fla. (AP) -
0321schiavo-am A federal judge on Tuesday refused to order the reinsertion of Terri Schiavo's feeding tube, denying an emergency request from the brain-damaged woman's parents.
The ruling by U.S. District Judge James Whittemore comes after feverish action by President Bush and Congress on legislation allowing her contentious case to be reviewed by federal courts.
"Scoop has been hot on their trail"
And I hope she remains on it. Fantastic work!

Paul Rothstein thinks maybe the Congress is just sticking around to be able to tell its contituents it tried.
Catherine Herridge looked sad and upset over this. she or someone said she noticed the father's body language coming out of the court yesterday, that perhaps he knew.
Florida Senate will be in session today at 9 a.m.
(Senators who did not vote to save Terri)
If these folks don't get their nose to the grindstone and fix Sen King's inclusion of food and water as life support there will be a lot of RINOs who will never live it down.

One letter to the editor in WorldNetDaily this morning:
Special ops should rescue Terri!
This is so cruel and evil....
The appeal is already there...we have to hope that they see it different...it needed to be out of Florida
yes...they are already filing they said on the news
It rained in Pinellas overnight, we can see some puddles. God provides water for the earth, and yet man won't provide water for another human.
The media is already reporting that the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta will dismiss the appeal.
THE PRESIDENT COULD TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION IF WE CALL!!!
The president can write an executive order to get Terri into a hospital immediately. It is not breaking any law to do so. The judge can still take time to ruminate over this case. This action would not interfere with the judge. And since Greer already flaunted a Congressional subpoena his ruling is highly questionable.
Executive orders are lawful. They've been written by presidents ever since Washington on a number of different issues.
Contacting the president and ask him to write an executive order immediately. If you cannot reach him, then contact your state senators and representatives.

I think this judge telegraphed the cruel and evil part, when he refused to order the slightest relief of fluids for her, even an IV, while he dithered around. Now how long does it take to refuse a case, really, give me a break.
Yesterday David Gibbs said what they really wanted was to go to Atlanta so they are....maybe they know something...like maybe judges that are prolife
.
Please contact the president everyone!!
Judge James Whittemore wants Terri dead. All the Florida judges want to see her die. The judges in Florida are corrupt.
Look at the photo...the guy was appointed by Bill Clinton and he even resembles Bill Clinton. No wonder he is friends with a porn king.
The media is already reporting that the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta will dismiss the appeal
I don't know what to believe as on Greta last night they said that the appeal from the 18th was going to be overturned....so who knows....I am just totally confused...this is so WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
