Thank you. As someone who began posting about the historical aspects of this several years ago, I agree with you. It has been my mantra, in fact, as I think many here would confirm.

Oh my word, it is nearly 5pm, this hearing has gone on since 3pm! If this Judge denies Terri it will be to alte to get it appealed to Atlanta! I'm sure Gibbs has someone ready in Antlanta to file just in case it doesn't go their way, but boy there is just not much time left. This means if there is an appeal it won't be heard till tomorrow likely. Tomorrow is to late! terri needs to be saved now!

We first have to expose what's happening. Then you fight to change it. Too many have no idea what is going on. If the cabal in Pinellas is exposed, all hell will break loose.
It's going to be a while yet. Each side getting an hour to present. Atty Gibbs fiished his, and Felos started his, I believe, just after 4:30....at least that's what I am hearing. Don't know what is supposed to happen after that.

I didn't realize he was listening to arguments but...now that you say it it makes sense. Trying to hang in there. Praying hard. Please God let this Judge rule in favor of this young woman. I can't get over the amount of people who want to out and out kill Terri.
I am too and to think the same people that do not see anything wrong with this are the same ones screaming for the well-being of the whales, the trees, misunderstood murderers, poor child molesterors, and those partying terrorists that get their jollies killing innocents. I lost patience with them after 9/11. Now I think it is time to declare war against these idiots. I am thru ignoring and hoping that they would develop some brain cells or a conscience.

There is only one reason judges are getting by with so much flaunting of our Constitution.
They've taken prayer out of the schools.
They've legalized the gruesome murder of over 45 million babies.
They've removed the Ten Commandments from the courthouse of a state where the majority wants the monument kept in place.
And now we're all waiting and wringing our hands hoping this judge will do what's right.
There is only one reason these judges continue flaunting the Constitution and it is this: We're letting them do it and the president and the congress are allowing it.
Terri's plight is the result of years and years of presidents, congress and the people looking the other way and "hoping for the best."
This deplorable situation is just one in a long list of many and it is because most of us have been dumbed down in how our government works. We don't understand that the three branches of government are supposed to be balanced. We don't know that our founding fathers deemed the judiciary be the weakest branch since its members are not elected by the people.
We are, in short, historically ignorant and we're paying the price this very day by "thinking" our elected representatives have done all they can.
They have NOT.
