WASHINGTON - Commercials hawking Viagra and similar drugs would be banned from broadcast television and radio, except during late-night hours, under legislation submitted last week by a Virginia congressman.

Rep. James. P. Moran, D-8th., said he is fed up with the barrage of commercials pitching drugs for erectile dysfunction and their increasingly prurient content.

A man who lives with a woman and has two children by her I would think legally is her common law husband. If he claims also to be married to Terri he should be prosecuted as a bigamist. If he left the woman he is living with I would think legally she could sue him for divorce and get alimony if called for.
