I suggest you learn to read before you hurl insults. Eagles post is a factual rendition of what is happening here. THIS is an important matter from both a Constitutional and personal standpoint.

Eagle simply makes the point that there are OTHER equally important matters that Congress is not affording the same degree of importance to and, further, he goes on to the logical conclusion that the reason these other important matters are not discharged with the rapidity and efficiency afforded this matter is the degree of interest by the Media and the Public. Hence his charge of 'Grandstanding'.

There is alot of emotion floating around on this issue, and when emotions run high, so does unreasonability. This is the big problem with liberals, for example -- they run on emotion, rather than fact.

Of course you do since it agrees with your own biases. However, no one will die because Social Security Reform, or Judicial Nominations take several month to resolve. Terry will be dead in a few days if Congress does not act soon. THAT is why this issue needs to be addressed so quickly. In a few days, this whole issue would be mute because Terry would be dead.

That is why Congress is acting so quickly. In the future, try to open you mind and consider obvious facts instead of wasting our time by posting your usual, knee jerk, abusive responses.
