And WERE YOU ecstatic about the right to kill the unborn?
No, no I wasn't ecstastic. I am against abortion except for the life of the mother, rape, or incest. However, then you work to get the law overthrown, legally. And, IMO, great strides have been made in changing public opinion against abortion. The only other option for changing Roe vs. Wade would be, extralegally, which seems to be what you might advocate, overthrowing the judiciary in some fashion. That's not what's going to happen, but if it does someday, I hope I'm long gone. If you are young, you can pick up the pieces left of the country.

The judiciary has already overthrown the system, they are always making laws out of thin air, not based upon what the Constitution states......
If our beloved president gets to appoint some new Supreme Court judges they themselves could overturn Roe v Wade. After all Jane Doe reversed her position. I cried when that decision came down at the loss of innocent life, but it was tears of joy when the decision came to end the FL fiasco.
How? Abortion was legalized by the judicial fiat of the SCOTUS. The theory being that there is an unmentioned right to privacy and it was later determined that it necessarily includes abortion.
Are you talking about a constitutional amendment? Or are you talking about getting constructionists back in the SCOTUS?
