I cannot believe what I heard Franks say -- in effect he chooses death when he doesn't know! Is the guy on something?

That's one of the basic problems I have with the Democrat party. They are so loathe to put a child murderer to death for his crimes ('he can be rehabilitated' blah-blah-blah), but they are practically tripping over themselves to starve this innocent woman to death. What the heck is going on? How can they rectify these two viewpoints in their own minds?

If Terri does starve to death (God forbid), the Democratic party will be forever known as the party that killed Terri. And they should be known as that.
