What happens?
1 - Paper physically delivered to President.
2 - President signs.
3 - Simultameously, motion to federal FL court to re-insert tube.
4 - Motion denied.
5 - Law declared unconstitutional.
6 - Injunction issued to prevent enforcement.
7 - Emergency appeal made to Supreme Court.
8 - Supreme Court refuses to hear the case without comment.
9 - An exasperated President Bush sends federal marshals to save Terri in defiance of court rulings.
(Only kidding about that last one.)
Randall Terry says Felos has a motion to dismiss ready as soon as a federal judge gets the order. Or a restraining order....I forget which one. A few tense hours are ahead, I think
I would think that any federal judge would at least have to study the new law for a couple days before declaring it unconstitutional. Let's hope the GOP has found some way to refer this case to the right kind of federal judge...one who won't declare it unconstitutional.
You're wrong, but the beauty part is you're going to be proven wrong within a couple hours.
So the only question is, will you hang around to admit you're wrong, or will you slink away?
And another thing: I don't think you're scum. Get some self-respect; even as a joke, you shouldn't call yourself scum.
