Maybe the other two are for Mikey and Jody when they have heart attacks.
I doubt that three ambos showing up 10 minutes prior to a vote, at a hospice, is usual. Heck, they let them die at hospice and the funeral homes pick up bodies in the morning. Hospice doesn't call ambulances.
