Not really sure what you mean, since the tube was inserted 5 years previous to this, but I take it if someone called you up and said that, you may have acted on it or at least remembered it, this being two years after you attempted to have him removed as guardian for the first time.

If there were reasons to seek his removal as guardian, I would have removed her from the situation without permission. Actually, I would have objected to his sole guardianship in the beginning. Joint guardianship...at most.
