Show me where Michael said he suddenly remembered anything.
It was after the court case where he heard expert after expert testify that she was PVS and there was no hope or treatment that could save her and he told doctors about her wishes.
I've told my husband about my wishes too...but first I expect him to try EVERYTHING.
And it was also after Mr. Schindler testified in open court under oath that he told Michael it was time to get on with his life.
Also, the sainted Mr. Schindler testified that he was angry he did not receive any money.
He didn't say he suddenly remembered. Why didn't he say that IN THE FIRST PLACE?! Maybe because he wanted the MONEY from the lawsuit FIRST? Then when he "moved on" with his life he didn't want to be bothered with Terri any longer?
Why has Terri NEVER been represented by her own attorney? Wouldn't a CONVICTED KILLER have their own attorney? Why not Terri, someone not connected to either side of the argument?
>And it was also after Mr. Schindler testified in open court under oath that he told Michael it was time to get on with his life.<
My goodness! So, are you implying, that by telling his son-in-law to get on with his life, Mr Schindler was saying he wanted his daughter to be killed by starvation/dehydration??
Wouldn't a simple divorce suffice just as well?
Sorry. I believe in Living Wills. I do not believe in, "Do you know what she told me once while we were chatting?"s.
I've told my husband about my wishes too...but first I expect him to try EVERYTHING.
Then WRITE IT DOWN. Otherwise, you may assume that your instructions are that the second you lose consciousness, your husband or other guardian is supposed to kill you as soon as possible and collect the insurance money.

I think that's a good idea, too. The problem is that he isn't.
