He is on the board of directors at the hospice where Terri was transfered when all of this started. There is no reason for her to be in a hospice and she isn't terminally ill.
So they claim she is and put her in the hospice- they get money for her care- which they do not use for her care.
And then, Bang- she can't swallow at all and needs a feeding tube. Then bang-" I remember a conversation where Terri said she didn't want to live that way"... and the proceeding to kill her begin.
Felos was hired to help Michael get rid of Terri. And so he has found a way to help people get rid of their dependents- and made himself some money.
He helped secure money for Michael,from the malpractice suit,which pays his legal services and so Michael could have a nest egg and the two are as happy as pigs in poop.
Remember there was a good deal more money when they started this nonsense then there is now- they didn't expect the parents to fight this hard and gain so much support over the years.
