Per Fox News...
This happens every day across this nation and I'm really puzzled why this case has received the attention it has.
The Schindler's are now being escorted into the hospice by the police.
Convenience and dependence.
There are lots of people who do not differentiate between a professional nurse, as in R.N., and a nurse's aide. Might have been an aide looking for some media attention. Believe me, Terri S. cannot swallow - if she could, there would be no need for a gastric tube to pump formula into her.
Exactly.
?
I wonder how you'd feel if you were Terri's mother, and the man who's legally married to Terri is living with another woman and has two kids by that other woman, yet denies your request to take your daughter home and care for her. Michael doesn't want her. He has kids who are illegitimate until he's free to marry their mother. So his interests are powerfully at odds with Terri's. For some reason he refuses to divorce Terri - so his kids remain illegitimate. For them to be able to take his name, then, Terri must die. He's abusing those kids - and he's abusing Terri, and he's abusing Terri's blood family. Yes, he's a monster for insisting that she must die, even though her family want to take her to their home and care for her.
Thank you, Peach.
I've been told that was the situation by a friend who's been following more closely than I have. Can you be more specific than a "the state of Florida"? The AG's office? The Welfare Department (or whatever they call it)?
But the truth is the fringe doesn't really care about the facts. They've said so themselves.

You're welcome.
And if you haven't been called a Nazi yet, you haven't been fully indoctrinated :-)
"Just because someone disagree with us .. it doesn't make them a troll"
Thank you, Mo1.
Hildy .. I've read your posts and though I disagree with your opinions .. I have not responded to you because you have the right to your opinion ..
But please save the MS just loves and cares for his wife
His actions over they years have shown otherwise
No, it's b/c he has lived with another woman for 10 years, has two kids w/ her. Why do you think he won't leave Terri alone? It can't be b/c he loves her; he already has someone else.
I don't remember defending Mr. Schiavo cohabitating with another woman or him having children out of wedlock.
I do take exception though to her family saying he committed the crime of DV when there is absolutely no evidence to support that charge.
I admittedly don't know much about this case - just the basics - but I don't understand what this woman's "husband" wants with her. I'm not entirely sure I would have much of a desire to live if I was in her state, but if my own family (parents, siblings) wanted to care for me and my husband had moved on with his life as this individual has done, I sure wouldn't want anyone standing in their way.
Why can't he let her parents just take care of her? What's the problem?
(Please pardon my ignorance - I just haven't followed it.)
So they have NOT been denied visiting her??
This FOX reports was then False?
It was a report issued by the state of florida and presented in state court as to the findings of all of the medical treatments she's had.
