Per Fox News...
There was a report from someone on site that she has a high fever & is unresponsive.....speculation is that it is from the tube removal.
I thought I heard some lawyers say that Michael couldn't stop this if he wanted to because it's out of his hands.
And Terri's sister was on CNN Friday night and said she'd seen her that day.
I really hate to ask this at this time but I think it needs asking, IF she died (God Forbid!)in the interim of waiting for Congress etc what would happen to everything? Wouldnt Michael be jailed for obstructing justice?
I guess since the Schindler's side is using their weight, he's using his.
The speculation that he tried to kill her 15 years ago. Why else would he be doing this if he didn't?
I've been heartened by Rep. DeLay's comments, but I still have to ask Why did Congress wait until the end of last week to try to pass something? And why did the House adjourn before a bill could be agreed on and sent to President Bush? Bush has been willing for days to sign something, if they'd only pass something. WHY DID THEY WAIT? Now terri may die because they dawdled.
OMG!! No.
now he will be the only one allowed to see her, and he can be with her alone
"11. When Michael visited Terri, he always came alone and always had the door closed and locked while he was with Terri. He would typically be there about twenty minutes or so. When he left Terri would would be trembling, crying hysterically, and would be very pale and have cold sweats. It looked to me like Terri was having a hypoglycemic reaction, so Id check her blood sugar. The glucometer reading would be so low it was below the range where it would register an actual number reading. I would put dextrose in Terris mouth to counteract it. This happened about five times on my shift as I recall. Normally Terris blood sugar levels were very stable due to the uniformity of her diet through tube feeding. It is my belief that Michael injected Terri with Regular insulin, which is very fast acting."

I wonder if the staff at the Hospice has said they can't monitor Terri 24/7 and it's feared that Terri's family will violate the ruling and try to feed her.
No, because no law has been passed yet, that he would be disobeying. Congress could have had this done a week ago. Why did they wait?
Senator Wexler and another (I forget who) tried to block the legislation unless they got some pork barrel spending stuff concessions from the Republicans.
How creepy!
well, don't you know? They had to deal with those dangerous baseball players first.

I guess that this is what Peter Jennings meant yesterday when he said, the Schiavo story was a story "just for" that day. In other words, she'd be dead before Congress actually passed anything.
She can't be fed. She has a tube because she doesn't have the capacity to be given food or water. If it was tried, she may choke to death.
When their daugher is DYING?! I'm afraid this is beyond cruel, IMO! What's the point of refusing Terri's family visitation rights if this is the END OF HER LIFE?! What a damn MONSTER!!!
I believe I read there are guards outside her room
If that was anyone else (especially if he was a soldier in Iraq and she was a terrorist), he'd be up on attempted murder charges.
Tell that to the numerous people who have been arrested trying to give her water and food.
And good for him!
I suggested the same thing yesterday and he acted on it today.
Schindlers have made this into a circus and have made a spectacle and three ring circus using their daughter. Despicable!.
I don't know why they waited so late to introduce it, unless they were trying to bring others on board. They adjourned because they couldn't get unanimous consent.
