Per Fox News...
"millions of people world wide disagree with your research posted here."
"Does that tell you that you have missed something a long the way?"
The bulk of the matter is in the court records. There's nothing to disagree with. They're either there or they aren't.
Since you were non-responsive to a request for additional information that you might have, I suppose it's safe to presume you have non?
Let me clarify, information, not speculation and rumor which is more than abundant here on FR.
"Let me guess, you're getting your information from courts records of the insurance case?"
You guess wrong.
There are references to the many many documents over and above the insurance case here.

Her examination by sevearl medical professionals is here long after the insurance trial.

A news article well discussed right here on FR is here -

Some insight as to where hubby is coming from in his interests appears in this column -

Do you have additional sources not consisting of rumor and speculation? Thanks
"According to reports, this went through 19 judges and 6 courts so far."
Wonder if it's occurred to some people that this latest development, yet another court, is akin to the "court shopping" that the liberals are so often accused of doing?
Guess it's only shopping when the left does it?
When MS believed his wife could be saved, he did everything in his power to help her. He accepted she was basically dead, something her parents have the inability to do in the face of all the evidence. He grieved for her and moved on. I know it makes you feel like a superior human being, but villifying Michael Schiavo is actually intellectually dishonest.
at least one of Schiavo's friends testified they knew she was bulimic because after meals out, she always immediately excused herself to go to the bathroom. Her husband also knew she had peculiar eating patterns but did not realize they were dangerous, Fox said.
Also, if they were trying to conceive a child, it doesn't make sense, that Terri would go on some crash diet.
An eating disorder is a psychological disease one that requires lots of therapy - it's not a crash diet. Bulimia goes a lot deeper than wanting to quickly shed a few unwanted pounds in a hurry. What I'm trying to say is that Terri may have wanted to conceive but the overwhelming need to be thin could have trumped that.
"And I hope that you will not take it personally"
Not at all.
I suppose there is a bit of humor, if not irony, in the fact that we're all dying from the moment we're born. ;-)
" I know it makes you feel like a superior human being, but villifying Michael Schiavo is actually intellectually dishonest"
I think you directed this at the wrong person or misread something. I agree with you. ;-)
"Guess it's only shopping when the left does it?"
Checkout this thread - the've already started a hatchet job on the next judge-

You may want to give Michael Schaivo a medal for being a saint
I'll pass and there is NOTHING you can say that will change my mind on that part of this whole mess
"Checkout this thread - the've already started a hatchet job on the next judge- "
Thanks......errrr, I think. Absolutely stunning!
Geeez.......some are making France and assorted Bannana Republics look good.
Your last sentence was carrying it to futurology, don't you think? It has no bearing on this case, but rather a knee-jerk reaction.
As I have said before, I had no dog in this hunt and have had an open mind rather than a frantic rush to judgement. But the pro-death posts, so reasonable in the mind of the poster, are turning me. What you seem to be saying ("Where there is no hope that the patient will EVER regain anything remotely near a semblance of life") is that unless a person can have a reasonable normal life, they must be put down.
LOL - some people have so much flame in them - they get confused. Hard to believe you were the object of that one.
"So you are primarily basing this life on the money. I see."
Well, since it is my opinion that "Terri" has been gone for 14 years now, then yes, keeping her shell animated is about the money.
As for it being ever being "about the money" there is ALWAYS a dollar amount - Do you think we should spend $10 Million taxpayer bucks to keep her right where she is now ?
How about a hundred million ? Billion ?
Just what is YOUR cutoff point ?
....the entire GDP of the US ?
No offense, but I usually post from sources compatible with my own views.
LOL - ridiculous hysterical response.
"LOL - ridiculous hysterical response."
You get my point, which is what I was aiming for -
The guy who offered a million if MS gave up his rights didn't double or triple his offer when the original was turned down ... He was dealing with HIS money, not someone else's.
