When Brooklyn gunshot survivor Yolanda Taylor was invited to a recent Mothers Against Guns gala as an honoree, she never dreamed she'd be stiffed out of her complimentary commemorative journal certainly not one that cost her friends $200, she says. Nor did she imagine she'd be erroneously "honored" for losing a loved one in front of Mayor Bloomberg, no less rather than for living to tell her story.
But that's what Taylor says happened at Antun's Reception Hall in Queens on March 4, the 15th anniversary of her shooting. Now she says she's "disgusted" by the behavior of MAG president Elizabeth Bishop-Goldsmith.
Bishop-Goldsmith, however, says no one was stiffed. The journals will be delivered next month.
In 1990, Taylor was walking in Bedford-Stuyvesant when she was hit in the abdomen by stray bullets.
Two months ago, she was invited to the 11th anniversary of the founding of MAG, a nonprofit organization that gets guns away from kids.
She was promised a "complimentary copy of our journal." So her friends each chipped in $200 to buy congratulatory ads.

ROFLOL!!!!
MAG????
So Fathers Against Guns would be.......
LOL!
I live in NYC and at first I couldn`t think of who could be a worse Mayor than RINO Bloomberg until Bubba Clintons name starting being mentioned around as a possible candidate. That still could happen and if it does, then that`s the day when I do a cartoonish skid start then fast run the hell out of there. Aya ya ya ya ya---pweeeeeeeeeeeeeee! The grifter twins in both the Senate and the Mayors office? Drop a nuke on NYC now, it`s the same thing. Two Clintons in New York politics at once would make Hiroshima after Little boy look like the Emerald city on a silver platter.
I remember hearing Clinton's name being mentioned as a possible NYC mayoral candidate before Bloomberg's was. They started talking about that before he left office. I doubt he'll do it, though.
Given how corrupt this city is anyway, and the awfulness of Bloomberg, Bill Clinton might actually be an improvement.
From Webster's Revised Unabridged Dictionary (1913) :
Hysteria \Hys*te"ri*a\, n. [NL.: cf. F. hyst['e]rie. See
Hysteric.] (Med.)
A nervous affection, occurring almost exclusively in women, in which the emotional and reflex excitability is exaggerated, and the will power correspondingly diminished, so that the patient loses control over the emotions, becomes the victim of imaginary sensations, and often falls into paroxism or fits.
Note: The chief symptoms are convulsive, tossing movements of the limbs and head, uncontrollable crying and laughing, and a choking sensation as if a ball were lodged in the throat. The affection presents the most varied symptoms, often simulating those of the gravest diseases, but generally curable by mental treatment alone.
Bloomberg is a Clintonista as far as I'm concerned. He was a democrat before switching, so he isn't even a RINO. He's a big RAT in elephant clothing.
I don`t know, the Clintoons go to where the liberalism is the sickest and for me that means NYC. Everyone here constantly complains about the high taxes, the high insurance rates from lawsuits, yet every election year they vote overwhelmingly liberal. That means the Clintoons will be attracted to this place like sh*t to flys. The best was the day after 911 when Bubba was in Harlem the liberals where saying to him in the street "How come you did nothing about terrorism for 8 years??" The next day they were back to calling him the "Greatest President ever". The liberalism is the sickest here. It`s just one big sick Clintoon cult and he can do no wrong. He`s like OJ in LA...The evidence can be like a tsunami in their face, but they still insist he is the victim.
