1. According to reports from FReepers on the scene, Terri had a high fever this morning but it has come down a bit, and that she is doing much better. She seems to light up still when Atty. Gibbs is nearby. His voice soothes her.

2. It was true that Michael was forbidding them for a time, I think I heard 4 hours. At some point, he reversed his decision and allowed them in. I would think that it might have had something to do with the fact that while Judge Greer denied most of the requests of the Schindlers the last few weeks, he did stipulate that the Schindlers were to be allowed continuous visitation to Terri.

3. The House is currently debating points on whether to accept the measure that was passed earlier today by the Senate. It is being covered live on C-SPAN. There remains optimism that Terri's tube will be replaced within a day of now, possibly even as early as the wee hours of the morning, but, of course, none of us can say for sure what will happen.
