That is why I am here.

If it were a back patting party I would stay off the forum. I believe some otherwise good folks have been misled, and some have honest opinions about the legitamacyof passive euthanasia.

My personal take has alway been that it is a private matter. The Feds have no dog in this fight, and the parents have engaged in tactics that should be prosecuted, to the fullest.

They used the fact that MS would not violate her privacy and have filled the public discourse with distortions for the purpose of effect.

Very sad.

If the Feds get into this, we will have rigid rules that serve no one and hurt many.

This needs to end now.

Have you even read anything about this case? Your comments seem like they were made after watching 5 minutes the SCUMBAG husband and his SCUMBAG lawyer on Larry King.

"...and the parents have engaged in tactics that should be prosecuted, to the fullest..."

And can be, if they did, in fact, break the law. But how can they be prosecuted if the evidence is cremated? What you say doesn't help Michael's cause. It helps the parents'. They're all but daring him to sue them or file charges. But if he cremates her body, then he destroys the evidence to ever prosecute them. Why would he do that?
