Thank you for posting that thread--I won't tell you what it says--I would color the description with my own bias I'm afraid--
Try to read it, if you have time, not to try to change your mind, but because Mark is pointing out aspects of this case re: the different functions of the three branches of government, and which one of the three should be the arbiter of such cases---
