Try to read it, if you have time, not to try to change your mind, but because Mark is pointing out aspects of this case re: the different functions of the three branches of government, and which one of the three should be the arbiter of such cases---

I just don't get it. That's another matter that I'm really conflicted about...the government's involvement.
I think this is a big clash between the judges and Congress. It's long overdue and needs to happen. Just not sure this is the case it should be happening with. Although when I hear about the constitutionality of life, that is the perfect argument, perhaps the best one.
