Just heard on Fox that U.S. Senate will convene today in emergency session regarding Terri Schiavo.
Would this place have been in Stafford, Texas just SW of Houston?
The only tests she hasn't had is an MRI and a PET scan. And I'm' not even certain about the PET scan. And you've been told the excellent reason she hasn't had an MRI.
She had a court appointed guardian who WANTED her to live. He wanted every test available done to show that she was NOT PVS. Ultimately, he felt he had failed her.
Read the court testimony and/or the guardian ad litems reports.
Alright for the 102nd time now. I have stated, from the first time I heard this, the following: Absent written consent she should be handed over to her parents to be cared for in their house with their money. There must be 50 times I've said this on this thread alone. Personally, I believe Michael Schiavo. Now will you answer my question?
No one said she's a vegetable. Your post makes no sense.
Organ donors are different yet again from Terri, different from our soliders and different from murderers.
Not just any organ will do for every person. One has to meet certain criteria to get a certain organ and also placement on the list to make it fair.
That Judge would only have the alleged right to maybe end Terri's life, IF she had wanted to die. I believe her dear HINO lied about her wanting to die. That Judge based his judgement on hearsay which is inadmissible in court in most circumstances.
Terri hasn't committed any serious crimes requiring the death penalty, Terri was not a member of our military sent into the line of fire, Terri isn't on an organ donor list for an organ that would keep her alive.
All she needs is food and water to live. Her parents want to take care of her and will pay for it.
Let her live the rest of her natural life in whatever happiness she is capable of having.
Ya got the first part right.
The second is a bit more complicated and you over simplify it.
I agree suicide is a sin. The Bible says so.
Allowing death to occur is not.
Last time I checked....we had a volunteer army. These men made their own decision to join and are aware of the risks. BTW, they are not sending men out to die, but to win.
And you sidestepped the soldier issue. We send young people to die. That's a fact. If it's not right that Doctors and Administrators can do it, why should the government make that decision?
Pray for Terri. Something went wrong when they took out the feeding tube. She has a HIGH FEVER from a new infection. ARE WE WORKING OUR WAY TO FIRST DEGREE MURDER?????
AND, PLEASE FAX THESE TWO FLORIDA DEMOCRATS WHO WANT TERRI TO BE MURDERED BY JUDGE GREER who is going to prison imo.
GET THIS OUT ASAP...DIRECT CONGRESSIONAL REQUEST!!!!

We had a draft. So are you admitting a draft is wrong? If a soldier says now, "I was wrong, I don't agree with our fight over there and refuse to go"...he's sent to prison because he chooses life. Why should he be punished for choosing his life?
It was Brokowski's place.
You haven't established your premise, but assuming it's true, those being sent out into a battlefield aren't being sent to certain death.
Allowing death to occur is not.
"There are voluminous records of every other test that was done, multiple entries on the CT scans and exams and so forth."
Got Link ? I've been looking for any records regarding the battery of tests that must have been done in 1990 before she was given the experimental implant.
In any case, Dr. Hammesfahr seems to be the main source quoted from Schindlers side regarding Terri - was he lieing or was he simply incompetant ?
But we know someone will "probably" die.
There's so much lying going on in this case that the truth is barely recognizable anymore.
Not sure which.
Those are the rules the soldier agreed to....if you sign a contract & then decide you don't like the terms...you don't get out of it without consequences. As for the draft, we are a nation of laws & the law was passed authorizing a draft so it was not wrong. It was agreed upon by those we elected. That is how our system works. If you don't like it, then campaign to change the laws you don't like.
This is so true.
I've seen MANY hours of medical documentaries on this very thing.
