There sure seem to be some stark differences of opinion and of the record.
Someone should have gotten fairmindedly to the bottom of it long ago, imho.

I think it was all litigated in court and gotten to the bottom of.
What seems to be more of the problem is that there are certain groups of people that see nothing wrong with twisting fact, omitting facts and making up facts to suit their agenda.
These people are giving the rest of the Right Wing a bad very bad name.
