Wolfson's report is based on court files, depositions, medical records and interviews with everyone involved.
That said, I begin with the most explosive allegation:

In late autumn of 1990, following months of therapy and testing and formal diagnoses of persistent vegetative state with no evidence of improvement, Michael took Theresa to California, where she received an experimental thalamic stimulator implant in her brain. Michael remained in California caring for Theresa during a period of several months."
Says Wolfson now: "Michael was adoring of her. One nursing home complained he was hostile and abusive of the staff in championing her care. She was immaculately kept. In 13 years, she never had one bedsore."

THE REASON OUR TAXES are paying for it and MICHAEL gets to use the money that was there to pay for her care on other things like FELOS (this is also a fact, I have documented proof available), is because of FELOS and MICHAEL. They transferred her to the HOSPICE , against the legal procedures of notification specified by the court, and got the court to rule that she was PVS so they could have MEDICAID foot the bills.
FELOS is good at scamming MEDICARE, they are after his butt for doing so. (I have documented proof of this as well.)

Yes, he does go and visit AND he takes the girlfriend with him and they talk in front of Terri. Read some of the nurses affidavits about Terri's reactions after they leave. Of course, she has no idea what they are talking about so those reactions must have been like her smiling at her mother, trying to talk, etc. just muscle contractions, etc.
The charges in this post are baseless, should be tossed out. Just because you posted them as "documentary evidence" without relevant links, is nothing more than a baseless vanity post.

The actual testimony isn't here but in the summation there is a reference to an "expert witness" who says the comments of her friends is consistent with kids Terri's age. Apparrently there were several who testified she didn't want to be hooked to a machine, burden on society etc. from what I read.

The actual trial was May 1998… Michael files petition for court to determine whether Terri's feeding tube should be removed; Michael takes position that Terri would chose to remove the tube; Terri's parents take position that Terri would chose not to remove the tube.

Please provide proof Terri has had an fMRI which is the currently accepted best method for determining the state Terri is supposedly in.

They aren't going to ascertain anything from an MRI scan, short of seeing how much of her brain has wasted away.

Do you know what he did for her pertaining to her care? Did you know he had become beligerent when he felt her care wasn't adequate? Do you know he flew her to CA for special treatments and efforts to reverse her condition?
Do you know her parents went after money not given to care for her, but HIS MONEY!
Do you realize how long he waited and what caused his decision to remove the tube initially?
