Wolfson's report is based on court files, depositions, medical records and interviews with everyone involved.
That said, I begin with the most explosive allegation:
Did Michael try to kill Terri?
Wolfson laughs. "No!"
-----
Wolfson's report states that in the four years after her collapse, Michael "had insistently held to the premise that Theresa could recover and the evidence is incontrovertible that he gave his heart and soul to her treatment and care . . . In late autumn of 1990, following months of therapy and testing and formal diagnoses of persistent vegetative state with no evidence of improvement, Michael took Theresa to California, where she received an experimental thalamic stimulator implant in her brain. Michael remained in California caring for Theresa during a period of several months."
Says Wolfson now: "Michael was adoring of her. One nursing home complained he was hostile and abusive of the staff in championing her care. She was immaculately kept. In 13 years, she never had one bedsore."

That's perhaps true, especially early in the case of someone who receives an injury or has something go wrong internally.
After 15 years of supposedly being in such a state, I'll bet the error rate is close to zero.
And Schaivo will go straight to the USSC and they will strike it down.
Frist said, "MRI." Which according to the
records, Terri has had.
Sometimes things aren't exactly the way they seem.
I'm sure that's right.
DeLay:
Terri should have the opportunity. We should investigate every avenue before we take the life of a living human being and it's the least we can do for her. Just a few people have decided whether she lives or dies.
For one person to make this decision in a courtroom (Judge Greer) is too heavy. Everybody should have every opportunity to have the federal courts review this matter.
This is giving the Schindler's the opportunity to get into a federal court and that will take a while and obviously the judge will have to put the feeding tube back in.
And this will only relate to Terri. (Thank goodness)!
Terri had an MRI?
What is your basis for saying that?
DeLay:
I'm still concerned because this bill still keeps the case in Judge Greer's court in Florida. I thought we should amend it so a federal court could remove it from a state court. That could lead to confusion and conflict which will run up attorney's fees but attorneys insisted upon that.
We want continue to feed and hydrate Terri. And to give her the opportunity to get her into federal court.
I have looked and can't find that Terry had an MRI. Did you see something that indicates she did?
I'd feel a lot more comfortable with this matter if I knew she'd had an MRI. Thanks for any information you can give.
I want that test. I'm not sure the loudest on each side would accept the results, but I'd like to know.
"Frist said, "MRI." Which according to the

I posted Senator Frist's words he said she did not have.
I heard some attorneys talking about it today.....they see no reason that the USSC won't strike it down again.
Sorry... I guess I have always misunderstood love. I thought love is sacrifice. Hildy, may God bless you. I'm through with this discussion.
So am I.
My hubby just turned 67.
We've been married 45 yrs.
Neither of us would want or expect the other to, wipe each others drool or rear ends.
"...to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and health, until death do us part."
Interesting article, isn't it. I wasn't sure if I could post it in it's entirety so I decided to be cautious and excerpt it.
DeLay:
In constant contact with the Justice Dept. and WH and President will sign immediately when it's given to him.
This is not a private bill. It's a compromise that's been struck.
She's had every type of test known to man,
a dozen times over.
