Actually as I understand it the judge is on the right side of the law. Although, something should have been done long before this.

Yep. The Constitution is dead. For Terri, it apparently is. With people like you running around thinking that the Constitution is meant to protect "The States" over and above "The People," it most certainly IS dead.
