Oh, this will be precious. I can't wait to hear the results as I'm virtually certain that millions of our tax dollars were misused.

The stories about Berry are almost legendary.

Any US Commission should be routinly and mandatorily auditied, not voted upon to be audited.

Goggling "Mary Frances Berry" is a walk down memory lane. How she perverted the Florida Election results in 2000, how she attacked and maligned Governor Jeb Bush, Katherine Harris, the George W. Bush campaign, the Bush administration, and the presidential election process.

Some won't remember that as Clinton was leaving office, he conspired with Berry to keep her as Chairman of the corrupt Civil Rights Commission. She resigned so that he could immediately re-appoint her to a new 6 year term.

Some won't remember how Berry hired Alan Lichtman to distort the Florida election results.

The United States Commission on Civil Rights under the control of Mary Frances Berry, was another tool of the racist, political far left. And now we'll find out just how corrupt the evil woman really was.

Thank you for posting that brief but important history. I've watched Berry in action a few times on C-Span and she's one of the most partisan people in Washington today. She was a horrible appointment who did not honorably represent the very cause she was appointed to monitor.

She has resisted an audit for years and this is going to prove most interesting. Not that I expect the inevitable wrongdoing to result in any legal action.

I've got to share this (sort of), unrelated link. It's fabulous pictures of the 2004 election, which wouldn't have been possible if Mary Frances Berry, The NAACP, and the Black Caucus had had their way in 2000.

Don't miss Gregg 99's thread and this:

Looks like at last the corruption of Mary Frances Berry will be exposed. We've waited a long, long time.

And we'll wait even longer for any justice.

I've followed this racist bigot for a long time and have been left in awe of the nastiness this bigotted, bitter old Commie-sympathizer is capable of.

There will be much finger-pointing and wailing, but I absolutely guarantee you that this witch will not suffer one minute of remorse nor will the blame land on her for any shortcomings and mismanagement that is will be found.

Some way, somehow, this will be blamed on the Bush Administration and she will be championed as the poster girl of frustrated attempt to right all wrongs created by the Bush and Reagan administrations.

Mark my words.

Commissioner Russell G. Redenbaugh resigned from the panel Wednesday, effective April 1, citing many of the problems raised by the commission yesterday. His imminent departure appeared to have an immediate impact, prompting commissioners to spend most of the meeting discussing the changes he said were needed and ignoring their monthly agenda.

"I am not going to rest a day until I get an inspector general to look at our budget," Kirsanow said.

Hate to see Redenbaugh go, but perhaps we will now see this sewer cleaned up. Berry and her staff have been raiding this agency for years.
