Screw the judge, there are times when you must go beyond the law to prove your case.

This is more insane than I realized... I wonder what the consequences would have been to defy the order..because there is no way I would have NOT done it. ;-p

I'd have taped her anyway, turned it over to FoxNews and then turned myself over to the police for breaking the law.
