I agree with you and posted earlier about the Declaration of Independence on which this Nation Under God was founded. Time for those who believe in those words to stand up and be counted.
A State Judge IMHO has no right to sentence an innocent person to die by dehydration and starvation while that person can still breathe on their own. They don't do that to serial killers -- why would they do that to an innocent woman whose husband has withheld therapy over the years?
