That is why they were careful to subpoena Terri herself. Doing anything to her is tampering with a Federal witness (i.e. a major Felony). Congress should have the legal authority at this point to restore her to her previous state and even charge the people to pulled the tube with a Federal crime.

Friday - Terri's nutrition and hydration have now been withheld from her. It is unclear if the port that accommodates her feeding tube has been surgically removed as her family was ordered to leave her room.
