"What can we do?"
It looks like it's up to Congress (though we can breathe down their necks). There is no way that they are subservient to a state judge, and I'm pretty confident that of they can subpoena Mark McGwire then they can issue today's subpoenas and hold this judge in contempt of Congress.
1. Subpoena the judge and demand that he defend today's decision.
2. Hold a vote holding said judge in contempt, or if they really want to put the screws to him, get the attorney general to charge him, the husband, and the doctors with tampering with a federal witness.
3. Send federal marshals to FL to enforce Congress' will (restore Terri to her previous state) and, if people have been charged with federal crimes, arrest them.

Too bad no-one in the pubbie leadership apparently has the freakin' cajones to do exactly that. You better bet yer last dollar that if I were in Congress, and we issued a subpoena today that someone outright ignored, that this person would be in jail - NOW.
Spineless. Worthless. Every last bit of 'em. They'll cave on the judges, too.
I'm disgusted. I think I'll just sit the next 10 elections out. No sense picking party A or B at this point.

The man being interviewed on Fox now says Terry wanted to die. Is this true and who is this man?
