I took care of a CP young man for a week during my internship at Courage Center when I took a Certified Nursing Assistant course. This man was WORSE than Terri by far. But he had a computer that he could type with his eyes, basically. That's about all he could do was blink. If they gave him what Terri got he'd have been starved to death too.

Tom Delay just told Hannity that the Judge will be held in contempt. He sounded defiant and said that no judge in a state court is going to usurp the Congress.

Judge Greer is certainly setting himself up for a confrontation with the Congress.

It's not likely one that he is going to figure prominently in history as having a laudable role. In my opinion, he did himself harm by ordering the removal of the feeding tube in the face of the subpoena. Even if he didn't agree with the committee, he still would have been better off to postpone the execution rather than acting contemptuously.
