**Exclusive Fri Mar 18 2005 00:50:07 ET** The Chairman of the Health, Education, Labor, and Pension (HELP) Committee, Mike Enzi (R-Wyoming) has requested Terri Schiavo to testify before his congressional committee, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned. In so doing it triggers legal or statutory protections for the witness, among those protections is that nothing can be done to cause harm or death to this individual.
Terri's husband is trying to do to her what Scott Peterson did to his wife Laci, except he is keeping his hands clean and getting a judge to do it for him!!!
This really *is* ridiculous.

Michael Schiavo is worse than Scott Peterson and O.J. combined, He is a Sick Murderer, he just hasn't accomplished his task yet in his sick,demented,perverted,criminal mind!
This is NOT a "right to die" case. Terri left no living will. There is no proof whatsoever that she would have wanted to be starved to death - a horrible way to die. Yet the media, although they know better, keeps referring to it as a "right to die case."
You have spewed your venom against Terri several times now. Just what is it that has made you so blood thirsty?

I agree MS committed Prejury right off the get-go by providing false information(s) to Law enforcement on Feb 25th of 1990. This case from Day #1 should of been refered to the Detective unit.

MS gives alot of different times, all over the map..
Q.--- When PO ask MS the question ,about having any problems with wife.

I can't reveal my source, but there may be some news coming that the $1 million offer to save Terri was a sham orchestrated to make Michael Schiavo appear sympathetic and un-moved by money. The timing is suspect when the offer comes and Schiavo just HAPPENS to show up on Nightline the next day to trumpet his self-righteousnes.
This is an unsubstantiated rumor, however, there are people doing some serious investigation...
One of the more intriguing observations on this case is that Michael Schiavo sued for funds to take care of Terri in her limited functional capacity.
THEN...after securing funds to do so, (seven years later) he remembers "Terri would not want to live this limited functional life"
Which statements are true and which are perjury? Judge Greer should get off the bench and go back to law school.

Why don't we just get her convicted of capital murder in California.... she'll NEVER be killed then.
I believe her husband sued for malpractice and to secure funds for her medical care.
I also understand that the taxpayers are not involved at this time...you know, those same taxpayers THAT HAVE TO PAY TO KEEP MURDERERS ALIVE ON DEATH ROW FOR 50 YEARS.
And the beloved husband restricts access to Terri.
Let's not forget too, that MS was living with Former Girlfriend Cindy Shook for over 1 year+, only 1 + year after the Feb 1990 event.
She (Cindy) is STILL IN FEAR of LIFE, and so are the other
