Because, baseball , football, basketball, ect, is not a sport anymore, it's a business..
Besides, we have to keep up with inflation to meet up with the same level or pay the same size of their egos.

We;;, I think you are referring to the libs ?
In that case, yes, your right, they are to far gone, and their minds and souls are reprobate souls.
The bible says in Proverbs 3:7 " Do not be wise in your own eyes ; fear the LORD and shun evil ".
Proverbs 3:5,6.
" Trust in the LORD with all of your heart, lean not onto your own understanding, actknowlegde him in all of your ways, and he will make your paths straight " .

"13 things that do not make sense"14. How come Japanese transistor radios can play English language broadcasts?
15. How come when you point a speaker away from you the words don't sound backwards? (Or upside down?)
16. How come when you hold a newspaper in front of a mirror, the words appear backwards, left to right, but not top to bottom?
17. This text your are now reading is black, but black is the absence of light, so are you "reading" black letters or just the lighted area surrounding the black?

I don't know if that's really true. You can make pretty good money in Europe playing soccer.

Thanks for the ping! Very good article for New Scientist.
Coming from the direction of Sagittarius, the pulse of radiation was confined to a narrow range of radio frequencies around 1420 megahertz.
Interesting; that's from the center of our galaxy.
The one I have to question the most is the Kuiper cliff... if our planets and the asteroid belt have distinct orbits, why not the Kuiper belt? The only backup they have for a Planet X is some scientist saying it's "compelling".

.. the pulse of radiation was confined to a narrow range of radio frequencies around 1420 megahertz. This frequency is in a part of the radio spectrum in which all transmissions are prohibited by international agreement. That's news to me... I thought I knew all of the UHF band plans. ;-)

If a hurricane spins clockwise in the northern hemisphere and counterclockwise in the southern hemisphere, can a hurricane exist along the equator? Can a hurricane cross over from one hemisphere to the other? If you empty your sink in the northern hemisphere and the whirlpool spins clockwise, does it spin at all if you are on the equator?

Tricky unstable chemical reactions that take scientist "perfect conditions" to pull off, are done in High Schools by idiots 10 years later. Chemicals "learn"? A marine biologist shared this with me years ago. I'm passing it on for what's it worth.

See!! You got lucky.. Galveston is always better than Houston. If you had gotten directions you might have wound up in Houston, gotten in front of the Wham-Bam train, or wound up on the tollway parking lot that winds around the Northwest side. You were definitely better off in Galveston. LOL
