Kerry later revealed that he has his own budget but it's a "secret".
When elected, about the time hell freezes over, then and only then will reveal this masterful plan.
What about right now when it's needed...for the good of the country a reporter yelled.
Noooo, Noooo, quipped Kerry. The nuances are just too much for the average idiot voter in America to comprehend. A smiling Therezzzzzzzzzzzza standing at his side responded "I'll drink to that......(gulp)..... and if you don't like it you can just shove it.

Kerry is yesterday's news. It's amusing to watch him pretend that he is actually relevant.

I would think this horse-faced hyena would be worn out by now from all of his pontificating and on an extended vacation. I think we have heard more from ketchupboy the last few months than in all of his years in the senate combined!

We should ALL care what kerry thinks! He's a great gauge of the issues of the day.
If he and his pack of liberal dumbocrat, pinko cronies oppose it - you can bet your ass it's a good thing.
If they're in favor.....watch out!

This budget is like an Enron budget: smoke the numbers, cook the books, hide the truth and hope no one finds out, Is Johnboy morphing into Johnny "Cochran" Kerry? If he don't put the pen to the 180, then he's a big 'fraidy! If he don't sign the paper, he's pullin' a caper! Should he not admit his misdeeds, then we should bury him in the weeds! He said he would sign it, but now he o-pines it! He's a freedom abuser, and a two time looooser! If the 180 don't fit it, then he should be commit-ed! He pretends that he's clever, and signs the paper never, but he's not so nifty, when sunk by a Swiftee!

Johhhhhhnnnnnnn Boyyyyyyyy! I challenge you to a duel! Wuss!
