I remembered her having MS.....But haven't heard how she was doing for years......ALways one of the favorites!
Ditto....she always came across like a genuinely nice girl.
She has a movie that's on cable every now and then, it's called "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes: The Annette Funicello Story" and she's actually in it. She's really eat up with MS, her speech is shaky and she's in a wheelchair. She did alot of the narration but it was an actress by the name of Eva LaRue that played her has a grown-up. Frankie Avalon played himself, as did Dick Clark and Shelley Fabares.
