There's so much here I DON'T want to know, but I'm curious how this kind of switch is handled by the DMV, insurance companies, the IRS, Social Security Administration, etc.
I guess they could have a check-off box: "Have you changed your __address or __sex since your last bill?"
If he keeps the parts the cut off in surgery he can literally go "F" himself...
This is the part that bothers me. I think some (a very few) people are truly born different. Maybe you are a woman in a man's body. But for cryin' out loud, don't go ruining everyone else's life by getting married and having kids who now have to deal w/your personal issues.
Either get the operation before you bring other people into your mess or consider the life of the single, celibate, person as an honorable calling.
And when Dr. Lively returns, s/he will announce that the soul of a woman residing inside just happens to be a lesbian.
