Sorry, a lot of people disagree with you. You have an opinion and I have an opinion that conflicts with your opinion. That doesn't make you right or me wrong. We just have different opinions.

You have an opinion and I have an opinion that conflicts with your opinion.

When are you gonna get it? No one's opinion matters. Rights are what matter, and they aren't of opinion. I'll ask you one more time so you can dodge again: By What Right?

No sireee...you are wrong because you state things as fact that are on the record disputing you.

You are shown much evidence.

Your ignorance shows in your posts.

Some opinions come closer to the reasonable man standard than others. Your interlocutor made a rather compelling case that the guardian in question had both an inherent conflict of interest, and a manifested conflict. Thus I find his opinion the opinion of a reasonable man.

So says this near atheist, who has no moral problem with suicide, or assisted suicide, or the "murder" of folks in a demonstrably permanent vegetative state paid for by the state. But all of those opinions are not per se susceptible to the reasonable man standard, but are rather more in the nature of leaps of faith, and a priori judgments.
