TAMPA, Fla. (AP) -- A state appeals court has refused to block the expected removal of Terri Schiavo's feeding tube on Friday.
Judicial murder IS EVERYONE'S BUSINESS.
my prayers will continue
will do the rosary in her name
god bless terri and her family
Bo Flipping Gritz is showing up. It will BECOME armed.
God is hearing the cries of the faithful.
Always has, always will.
He will intervene.
Are you God's official Person of Spoke, authorized to make these statements on His behalf?
Your opinion again.
If someone had the balls to do it, I wouldn't shed a tear. I'm surprised you can't make the distinction between the Matsuidon (sp?) situation and this one. The former was a completely senseless killing. This case is a planned murder, plain and simple.
I have a question for everyone on this subject. If you were in Terri's position what would you want to happen? Is there anyone here who would willingly accept the life Terri has been put into? Would you rather live in her present condition, or would you want to die?
I am not trying to get anyone to answer in one particular way or another I am just curious. I would probably choose to end my life if I had the choice, rather than see my family in a civil war over me. That's just how I feel, and I do not assume that is the one and only correct answer.
Nice of you to explain what kind of individual you are. "Let's you and him fight" is the credo of the passive-aggressive coward.
Liar.
Right out of "Michael's" own mouth, he admits to withholding medical care in hopes that Terri would die of an infection. THAT IS NEGLECT!!
Moreover, the proposal was to send a document and not a recording.
I suspect you just enjoy arguing.
"Sorry, wrong on all counts."
I see you also have problems counting, ORECON.
I only made ONE (1) declarative statement.
Your fanatical insistence on seeing Terry killed and your unbelief in God, or a Supreme Being, tells me, either that you're too young, or you have no idea what it means to be a conservative, much less a Paleo Conservative.
Sorry to all if I'm being off-topic here.
Praying for Terri.
rdcorso - you might as well give it up - Orecon will NOT answer even 1 of your questions. He's just playing you along, and not worth your time.
Anyone who wants to know His will can read the Bible..which it's obvious by your statements that either you haven't, or you have and don't care what HE has to say about it.. God trumps the courts.. and you have YET to answer a single question from anyone on here.. or refute anything with a single fact, other than "the courts said so".. I find it funny for someone to call us all liars and then not be able to refute a single statement with facts.. I don't care what you claim your credentials are, you talk like a typical liberal who places brains over integrity and morals...
My living will and power-of-attorney says no life support including feeding tubes. I have instructed my wife and my secondary guardian to err on the side of pulling the tube too soon and never question their decision if I am ever in Terri Schiavos situation. I have also told my wife that she should take the insurance money, find a boyfriend, and have a party. I am also an organ donor. I do not fear death.
If you believe in a sovereign God Who made all for His purposes, despite our limited understanding, you will believe the command to not kill, including yourself.
Fundamentally, it comes down to one's worldview.
To answer your question, If I was not a Christian, and my condition was relentlessly painful and terminal, I would want to be put out of my misery as quickly and painlessly as possible.
I would not want someone with an obvious agenda, killing me because I was simply brain injured and an inconvenience. I would not want to be starved to death which by all accounts of people who have been starved and survived, is a long, drawn out, nasty way to go.
Terri IS a Christian, she ISN'T terminal, and her husband HAS been neglecting her by not allowing her sunlight, a new wheelchair, family, pictures, and music.. those are documented facts.. he won't even allow her family to bury her in a Catholic cemetary.. and he's already made a life with another family... do you want a person like that making life and death decisions about YOU?
Alright, now let this poor woman go home to Heaven in peace. No more force feeding, no more point scoring, she's been a political football long enough. Let her go.
You have your opinion and that is fine. Our side had two doctors that performed an exaimintion on Terri and they are labeled the same by your side. Have fun.
It's cemetery and she will not be buried there; only her remains. If she has accepted Christ as her Savior, she will go to Heaven. Nothing else matters. Certainly, not the location of her remains.
I feel I am an apostle of a sort as I believe is spreading good will and His word in His name.
I am not going to buy into the hysteria that this will become some kind of armed insurrection.
