More description of video:

N-TV of Japan would air this video today(03/16/05) at 5:25pm, in a program, 'News Plus 1.'

Mar 1, 2005, in Hoiryong City. Crowds were gathered up by the authorities for the public execution. According to N-TV estimate, the crowds numbered thousands. On this day, security/police agents in Hoiryong showed up at various places in the city, rounding up people and sent them to the public execution site.

Some people at the site are sitting on their bike, watching the execution.
The car shown here carries a loud speaker through which the proceeding of public trials is broadcast(to the crowd.)
Two prisoners were tied to their poles(It was verified that they are Choi Jae-gon, and Park Myong-gil, workers at "Jan. 17" Factory.)
One on the left slumps forward after being shot.

A prisoner transport vehicle for prisoners is shown.
Eleven prisoners are led out to the trial site.

I can say this: when North Korea is finally freed from its domination by Kim Jong-Il we will find atrocities that will do both Hitler and Stalin proud. :(

If you want to see those pictures, stand out front of a Promise Keepers rally."

I am just pointing out that both nations have much blood on their hands. I know as an American that we sometimes tend to think that we have a monopoly on the "higher standards"

We do not.

North Korea is guilty of MUCH...as are we.

charge: Helping people with escaping N. Korea

(snicker)

Well gee, why would anyone want to leave N. Korea?

The libs would have us believe that its a socialist paradise...I mean cmon! People wanting to leave? Thats preposterous. Somebody better call john kerry...I'm sure he has a plan to deal with this.

"North Korea is guilty of MUCH...as are we."

The process of murder by the hands of your goverment for pushing freedom to me is a seperate issue of pro-life or pro-choice. I am pro-life and find abortion heinous but the decision was by we the people, not some 5 ft. nothing loser.

Well, not to hijack the thread, but the decision to guarantee abortion was not made by 'we the people'. It was made by judicial whimsy, specifically to get around the will of the 'we the people'.

Which one of the anti-iraq war protest groups was a big supporter of North Korea again?

I think it might have been the World Workers Party.

The Left is so screwed up. If you posted these pics at DU, they wouldn't be able to voice any kind of unified comdemnation of what they saw. Some would be critical, but others would defend it or rationalize it. They'd start arguing, people would start shouting, and the moderators would end up having to lock the thread.

For them the only evil that is beyond debate is George W. Bush.

The same death penalty will await those who took these pictures.
Sadly, they may never know WHO took the images, but they WILL find someone, and place blame, then execute that person for this anyway, guilty or not. Example will be made.

Murderous regime.

Re #31

Reports from the Sino-N.Korean border say N. Korean regime is frantically trying to contain this kind of development, i.e., video/audio information flowing in and out of country unchecked.

It will only be shown on MSNBC/CBS/NBC/ABC/CNN/PBS-TV tonight if it is sent off with the mistaken title of "South Korean execution of political dissidents", or something like that.

The minute the US controlled media catches on that it instead badmouths/exposes NORTH KOREA (Communist) they won't touch it with a ten foot pole.

They are going to have a lot of explaining to do (just like in Iraq after Saddam) when crews go into North Korea and uncover all the mass graves and torture chambers upon Liberation. Then, and only then, will vast sums of the American people actually be introduced to North Korea's brutality, even though they could easily be introduced to it (like tonight for example).
