That certainly doesn't paint him in a good light.
What did he get $2 million dollars for? A failed murder attempt or did some jury conclude that her condition is the result of something other than him trying to kill her?
It doesn't seem likely the he or Terri would recieve a settlement if it could be proven that her condition is a result of him trying to kill her.
Michael Schaivo, during the civil litigation where he claimed that it was doctors' faults that Terri "collapsed", he got the $2 million. He bought a Mercedes with part of it shortly after getting the check. According to affidavits, he was planning on taking trips to Europe. He's bought an upscale house, too. I suppose these are all part of his "guardian" expenses.
It was a malpractice suit. The doctor blamed in that suit was eventually cleared of all charges. The company paying the award money no longer exists. Michael had no control over much of Terri's award money. Michael took Terri to CALIFORNIA for a new treatment. After it did not produce significant results, Michael and Terri returned to FLA. Where they were found by FELOS. FELOS was on the BOD of the HOSPICE. They get TERRI transferred to the hospice, they get a doctor to state she is PVS, FELOS talks to the JUDGE, the JUDGE OK's MICHAEL controlling the AWARD MONEY, Michael forces her parents OUT OF AND AWAY from TERRI with locked doors and armed guards and Judge's ORDERS. FELOS gets paid because MICHAEL can now spend TERRI's REHAB MONEY, to go to court to have TERRI KILLED, where GREER is the judge who is TERRI's appointed guardian(appointed by Judge Greer), who as guardian gives Michael permission to spend MORE FUNDS every time they fail to KILL TERRI.
FELOS is up to his *ss in sh*t with the US DEPT of HEALTH and HUMAN SERVICES for scamming MEDICARE/MEDICAID of over $14 million bucks, by having over 150 patients incorrectly diagnosed as "terminally ill" and placed in the SUNCOAST HOSPICE, so they could be put on MEDICARE/MEDICAID payments. They may have killed these patients as well.
