He bought a Mercedes with part of it shortly after getting the check. According to affidavits, he was planning on taking trips to Europe. He's bought an upscale house, too. I suppose these are all part of his "guardian" expenses.
So what medical condition did she have that would make that claim even remotely viable?
Must have been a pretty convincing claim if he was awarded $2 million.
